The source and the first public release

The working source contains 1,663 Google Maps business records collected on July 15, 2026. Before route generation, the build removes rows that lack a real city, fall outside the declared Palm Bay and greater Brevard coverage, duplicate a stable identity, or lack a useful contact or map action.

The first audit excluded 138 blank-city service-area records instead of assigning them to Palm Bay from a name or search term. One Sebastian record was also excluded because Sebastian is outside the stated Brevard coverage. The published count is generated from the cleaned output on every build.

Fields kept out of the public site

Scraped email addresses, social-enrichment fields, outreach status, source-query labels, ratings, review counts, and unconfirmed website links are excluded from browser-delivered data. These fields are not required to help a resident identify and contact a business through its public phone or Google Maps record.

A confirmed website is published only after free owner verification. No third-party review text is copied. No business description is generated from a company name, category, rating, or review count.

How pages qualify for search indexing

A category needs at least eight publishable listings plus original factual context and useful internal links. A business page needs a stable identity, name, primary category, real city, and a useful phone or map action. Palm Bay is the only area page indexed in this release because adjacent-city pages have not yet received the required location-specific evidence review.

Internal search, filters, verification forms, thin categories, and unqualified area pages stay out of XML sitemaps. This prevents the site from manufacturing pages merely because a URL combination exists.
